Republic Day at our JB Ecotex factory was a reminder of why we do what we do and who we are doing it for.
As the national flag was hoisted at our premises, the moment felt personal. Not just as an annual ritual, but as a reflection of responsibility. A responsibility towards the country, towards society, and towards the people who make this place what it is every day.
Our directors addressed the team, not with speeches full of formality, but with thoughts rooted in experience. They spoke about building a future that goes beyond just numbers, growth that includes people, the sustainability that is practiced, not just promised, and the belief that businesses can, and should, contribute meaningfully to the nation’s progress.
What stood out was the emphasis on action. On creating rPET solutions that reduce impact. On empowering teams on the ground. On making daily decisions that are aligned with long-term good, for the environment and for society. The celebration brought everyone together. Different roles, shared purpose. A simple gathering, yet a powerful reminder that change doesn’t start somewhere far away. It starts right here, with intent, accountability, and consistency.
This Republic Day, we reaffirmed our commitment to building responsibly, for our people, for our communities, and for a future that we are proud to be part of.
