Food Grade rPET Resins are produced entirely from post-consumer PET bottles using advanced EREMA VACUNITE® high-vacuum extrusion technology or EREMA VACUREMA® technology, together with Solid State Polycondensation (SSP).
The process enables deep decontamination of the recycled polymer and stabilisation of intrinsic viscosity for food-contact applications. Our Food Grade rPET Resins are certified and approved by FSSAI and USFDA and are produced in compliance with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
Available in multiple IV grades ranging from 0.76 to 0.86, these resins are designed for packaging applications requiring consistent quality, clarity and strength.
rPET Flakes are an intermediate recycled PET product produced entirely from post-consumer PET bottles. They serve as feedstock for downstream recycling and manufacturing processes, providing purity, consistency and traceability to their post-consumer source material.
Our rPET Flakes are produced through sorting, crushing, hot and cold washing, and drying. They are sold to third-party processors and are also used internally as feedstock for RPSF, Food Grade rPET Resins and Chemically Recycled Resins.
RPSF is a synthetic staple fibre produced through the recycling of post-consumer PET materials, primarily used PET bottles and industrial PET waste. It offers high tensile strength, resilience and durability and is available in a range of colours, deniers, cut lengths and value-added finishes based on customer specifications.
Post-consumer PET bottles are sorted, crushed, washed and dried to produce rPET Flakes. These flakes serve as feedstock for the production of RPSF and Food Grade rPET Resins at JB Ecotex, as well as Chemically Recycled Resins at our JB RPET Manufacturing Facility.
Chemically Recycled Resins are manufactured by JB RPET Industries Private Limited, our 100% subsidiary.
