The seventh edition of Techtextil India brought together the country’s most forward-thinking innovators in technical textiles and nonwoven materials. Held at the Bombay Exhibition Center, the fair showcased the complete value chain, from Agrotech to Sporttech, with new ideas shaping performance, sustainability, and scale.
JB Ecotex participated with a focus on recycled polyester fibre engineered for nonwoven and technical applications, reinforcing our commitment to circular manufacturing and material innovation. The exhibition’s highlights, including the Techtextil NEXT Hackathon and Farmer’s Conclave, demonstrated how textile technology is reaching every sector such as agriculture, healthcare, automotive, and protective gear.
With international exhibitors from more than ten countries and leading research bodies like BTRA, SASMIRA, and SITRA sharing their breakthroughs, the atmosphere was both collaborative and forward-looking. Techtextil India 2019 stood as proof that the future of the industry lies in functional, high-performance fibres and sustainable design.
