Our Director (rPET- Resin Business), Punit Singhal, was on the panel discussing recycled materials and supply chain reliability. But honestly? The real conversations happened at the booth and between sessions. Manufacturers stopped by with real questions. Not the polished "what's your pitch" kind. The raw "how do we actually make this work" kind.

We heard the same thing repeatedly: reliability matters. When material behaves differently from one batch to another, it creates real problems. When a batch doesn't perform as expected, it disrupts their entire production schedule. These aren't theoretical issues, many manufacturers shared that these are challenges they encounter in their operations.

We showcased our mechanically recycled B2B PET resins, chemically recycled PET resins, and recycled PET flakes. But the value wasn't in the product specs on the booth display. It was in understanding what keeps manufacturers up at night. Scalability worries. Supply chain transitions. The gap between what's promised and what actually performs in production.

What struck us most: organisations are making deliberate choices about the materials they use. Many attendees expressed the importance of working with reliable supply partners. That shifted something in how we think about what we do. We're not just selling material. We're supporting a transition. And that requires listening more than talking.

Thanks to Elite Plus for creating space where this kind of conversation can happen. And to everyone who stopped by and told us what's actually on their minds.
